How to Place Orders With Us

1.Consult our specialized sales staff to confirm accurate part numbers and bulk procurement volumes beforehand.

2.A standardized Proforma Invoice will be issued upon mutual confirmation of product parameters and quotations. We evaluate optimized freight quotations across courier, air freight and sea freight channels. Clients with contracted logistics partners may submit their forwarder’s contact information for shipping coordination.

3.Please submit your official payment receipt once the remittance is completed, which allows us to schedule mass production and delivery timelines efficiently.

4.Full tracking credentials will be delivered promptly once your consignment leaves our warehouse.For any post-order technical and logistical after-sales demands, you may contact our dedicated sales representatives directly.

Trade Conditions

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Minimum order restrictions are waived for the majority of our machinery spare parts.

2. Payment Terms

Available payment options include T/T, PayPal and MoneyGram.
a. Payments in both USD and RMB are acceptable.
b. Please share your bank payment slip once you complete the payment for our order verification.

3. Lead time
a. In-stock products shall be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon successful payment verification.

b. Restocking for out-of-stock goods takes 3 to 7 working days after payment is received.

c. Bulk orders carry a lead time of 10 to 15 working days, with the exact timeline subject to the order volume.

2008 | Company Establishment

Guangzhou Mocun Machinery Parts Trading Limited was founded in Guangzhou. We started as a trading firm supplying basic construction machinery spare parts for domestic and overseas small buyers, focusing on engine replacement parts for excavators and forklifts.

2012–2016 | Supply Chain & Product Expansion

We built deep cooperation with numerous professional Chinese manufacturers, expanding product lines to hydraulic, electronic, undercarriage and rubber parts.
